GMO help please?

If you're a vegetarian then how would you be able to eat tomatos and stuff with GMOs in them without knowing. PLEASE HELP!

We don't know, that's just it. No one knows.
We need legislation to stop these evil bastards from screwing with our food.
It's HUGE BU$INE$$, so it's only going to stop if the people get together and say, "no".
