As a woman I can say that hopefully at your age you are not fooling around with a vegan or strict vegetarian diet. You are likely at the lower end of an appropriate weight range for your ht, age, gender and weight. You don't say what you activity level is, but I too would recommend some strength building exercises.

Several of my experiences with girls (and boys) at your age, is that while they are at a healthy weight, that they can easily get caught up in strict diets and then you deteriorate mentally, physically and emotionally from then on. That includes anorexia nervosa. My "gut hunch" is that you might be headed that way. I think you may be "on the edge".

So eat a balanced diet, exercise and meditation. Yes, quiet time or meditation is good for you! Avoid being obsessed with vegan fanaticism at your age. Depending on your activity level, I would say about 1600-2600 calories per day is a good thing to shoot for.
