what i meant was not if i ate too much, but rather if ate healthy for a vegetarian, or if i need more vitamins and stuff. im not on a diet, i dont need to lose weight. im not worried about that yet, just being healthy and not getting sick from being vegetarian (:

Answers:

Yes, that sounds very balanced. Just make sure you check in with your doctor if you are under 20 to make sure that you're getting all the nutrients you need to continue to grow. :)

I would ask your doctor about adding a L-lysine supplement.

*Are you a vegan or an ovo-lacto vegetarian? If you want to avoid all animal products you'll have to find another way to add protein and calcium to your diet. Broccoli is a good source of calcium, and you can by textured vegetable protein at a health food store. I think that keeping dairy and eggs in at least at the beginning is a good idea though.
