Where can I find out what percetange of vegetarians we raised vegetarian.?!

Where can I find out what percetange of vegetarians we raised vegetarian.?

And which percentage decided to go to it on their own? Does anyone know of a website showing different age groups and when they quit eating meat? Or do you happen to know the percentage off hand?
