Is it possible to lose weight by eating but fruits and a few veggies.?

Fruits like bannans, cherries, watermelions, apples, oranges, cantalop, ect and just a few fruits like carrets, lettace, ect. no meat.

I'm a frutarian (yes, it is healthy!) and I lost alot of weight. I eat a few veggies, mostly cucumbers, raw kimchi (korean pickled veggies that are mixed in a spicy sauce, such as napa cabbage, bok choy, carrots, daikon radish, green onions, mung bean & fern sprouts, and bell peppers) ontop of spinach and lettice. exercise is still important thou...
