I'm not getting enough iron in my diet, what should I eat?!

Question:

I'm not getting enough iron in my diet, what should I eat?

I already eat a lot of spinach and beets. Any other ideas?

Answers:

What I would recommend is an iron supplement, that you can easily buy from your local pharmacy. I am assuming that you are vegetarian or vegan since you have posted in that section. Meat also has a lot of iron, but like I said before, I am guessing that you are vegetarian.

There are many foods that include iron, but I would recommend a supplement if you are not getting enough. Iron is essential to the human body, so I would recommend a supplement to bring it up to balance.

Good Luck
