What is a healthy meat free snack to fill the hunger void?

I recently stopped eating meat and it seems that I am constantly hungry. Do you have any meat free altrenatives for a healthy filling snack?

Try nuts, fresh fruit, vegetable sticks and dip or some dried fruits such as raisins. A healthy and satisfying meat-free snack is trail mix-which can be bought in a bag at the supermarket- which is a mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Others things you could try include muesli bars, fruit and nut bars, wholegrain crackers or a slice of toast with a nut butter.
