A healthy way to gain weight is to workout doing things like strength training. You will gain muscle mass which weighs more than fat anyway, because you dont want to gain fat. Make sure theres enough protein in your diet, and just make small additions like maybe a couple spoonfulls of peanut butter a day or a handful of nuts. A good idea may be a protein shake of two throughout the day, or even a smoothie with protein powder in it. You can buy protein powder like whey protein at your local health food store.
