OK, IM VEGETARIAN. AND I LOVE WORKING OUT. AND I NEED PROTIEN.(SICE I DONT GET ANY FROM MEAT) I WAS WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANY SHAKKES OR DRINKS I CAN SUBSTITUTE FOR MEAT. BUT SOMETHING LIGHT. THAT DOESNT MAKE U GAIN WEIGHT ORANYTHING? PLEASE!!!!
