Are salt/brine cured olives considered raw?!


Question:

Are salt/brine cured olives considered raw?

I know the olives considered raw are sun dried as opposed to lye cured but I went round and round with the greek olive guy at the farmers market and remain confused as ever


Answers:

I have no idea - but my immediate instinct would be to say yes that they're still raw. And, thanks - I didn't know there was a veggie/vegan section here.
