Pumpkin dessert?!


Question:

Pumpkin dessert?

i want to make something like pumpkin cookies, brownies, or something that takes a 29 oz can of Libby's pumpkin
and DOES NOT TAKE EGGS, because of a food allergy to them.

Answers:

We make a dessert at home that uses the pumpkin filling, tub of cool whip, and a pie crust. Mix the filling and cool whip, put in pie crust, refrigerate, YUM! I don't add any extra seasonings when I make it but my mom likes to add a little extra nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice to it.

I'm not sure if cool whip has eggs but I'm sure any thick whipped topping (not canned whip cream) would work.
