Food diary. sunday!..?!


Question:

Food diary. sunday!..?

breakfast 7:30am
1/2 cup of oatmeal, 150calories

lunch 1pm
1 plain bean and rice burrito from Taco Bell (EW@ fast food,i know! but this time i had no choice& i was hugnry.. :/)

snack 3pm
1 pear

dinner
1 cup of low fat soy milk [70calories]
3/4 cup of all bran cereal [75calories]
1 banana
10 baby carrots
1 cup of spinach


and plenty of water throughout the day! :)
i didn't go to the gym today, but i was cleaning my garage and it took 3 hours!
i'm 14.5"3.127lbs,trying to loose 16lbs.vegan.


Tips,advice,did i do good or bad today?
