Learning to eat plain, nonfat yogurt...help!?
For my health, I am learning to eat plain, nonfat yogurt. Do you have some good ideas for add-ins that will make it easy, for starters?

Personally I prefer the vanilla nonfat...definitely helps with the taste! But if you have fresh fruit on hand, the yogurt makes a great dip! It tastes great with melon too! I also like to add granola to mine - I buy it by the box in the cereal aisle...very, very good! Or add some to smoothies - that's another easy way to get it into your diet!
