1 small tomato, 1 carrot, 1 piece of cellery, 1 big red apple

two slices of wheat bread,80 x 2= 160calories
two tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter, 190cals
1/2cup of All-bran, 50 calories
1/4 cup of cashews
1 cup of watermelon, and 10grapes

Honestly, you need to stop posting these questions, and stop obsessing about food.
Stop counting calories. Stop recording exactly what and when you eat.
Oh, and who counts grapes?
Advice? Stop eating your only your 'safe' foods; oatmeal and cereal. Add more calories... You actually need more to lose weight the healthy way.
You are on your way to an eating disorder... Trust me, I would know. I was there, and I did permanent damage to my body.
Just eat a normal, well balanced vegan diet.
Why do you feel that you need to lose 16 pounds? What is right for someone else may not be what is right for you.
