Can vegans eat?

chocolate, donuts, and cookies? I heard that they can't. also i need to know if there is vegan beef jerky cause I'm 11 and i want to turn vegan but i am MADLY in love with beef jerky. so is there any vegan beef jerkey's? thanks so much cause I'm new to this stuff and i haven't ate any meat for 3 or 4 days and I'm doing well. so please answer!


Also i drink a lot of milk i was wondering if i could drink whole milk or skim milk please answer! cause im still growing and i need milk.

First I want to say you are wise above your years .. it is great you are considering vegetarianism .. You can eat all you mentioned ,but look for gelatin in products as it is made from animal parts .. Starting off slow (but still a huge step) by giving up meats is great! and yes there IS Vegan beef jerky .. as there are vegan /veggie " burgers , bacon, sausage , hot dogs, ribs, bologna, turkey,chicken etc.. " almost any animal meat you can find vegan and /or vegetarian .. I don't know where you live but if you let us know I can suggest stores to shop in or if your family will allow you to place an on line order.. feel free to email me .. and again congratulations! .. don't try to learn everything at once ..it will all come in time .. and think .. you are saving so many animals...
