Tofu recipe/cookbook?!

Tofu recipe/cookbook?

My wife and I are trying to eat more tofu. I've made one dish (cuban) using tofu instead of chicken which turned out great. Does anyone have any great tofu recipes or suggestions on an excellant cookbook focusing on tofu?
