Bean sprouts?!

Question:

Bean sprouts?

are there nutrional benefits from eating bean sprouts (various beans/lentils, chickpeas etc.), that differ from just eating the bean itself. Is there a benefit to eating bean sprouts because they are raw and usually non-sprouted beans are cooked before they are eaten?

Answers:

Yes, they're actually "living" and full of nutrition, ready for digestion with amino acids, simple sugars, etc. They're full of antioxidants! They rank among the absolute healthiest of foods anywhere in the world. I make entire salads out of them. You feel awesome when you eat them, too!

I sprout my own, and it's really cool!
