Anyone here on the raw food diet?!

Question:

Anyone here on the raw food diet?

I was thinking of trying it (for health, not weight loss). My only concern is that it might be a tad bit expensive. I might have to buy things like a juicer and a dehydrator.

Answers:

you don't have to buyt that stuff... I mean, they claim its natural, so why do you have to do things to your food? if I was you, a blender works just fine, I've been a raw fruitarian for a year, and I'm perfectly fine. I think maybe its cuz wemon love to "play with their food", so they feel they must do something to it. I've made things before, but not using any expensive equipment (I think they are trying to take your money). I made smoothies, cirtris juice, fruit salads (blending blueberries, raspberries, and stevia or agave as the "dressing"), coconut curry, kimchi, and cucumber noodles (using a julianna blade or w/e, and mixing it with lemon, agave, cayenne, raw cashew crumbles, sea salt, and scallions).
