How do you vegans meet up to your daily protein requirements?!

How do you vegans meet up to your daily protein requirements?

I respect your beliefs, Im just curious because most plant-derived foods are not very rich in protein


Answers:

Where are you getting your information? Whole grains, legumes and nuts are rich in protein and all plant derived. I had a whole wheat bagel this morning that had 10 grams of protein. I also had a cup of soy milk which has 5 grams of protein.
