Ok i've been a vegertain for 24 days now. All my friends Say its stupid and i cant do it for ever. my family is worried that im not getting enought protein. i've been REALLY tired latly But i have been waken up really early. Like at 6 or 6:30. I've been thinking Idk if i want to be a vegertain anymore. I REALLY dont want to eat meat but i kinda want to. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First of all, have you ever heard of anyone suffering a protein deficiency in developed countries? Of course not! The only way one suffers from protein deficiency is when s/he suffers from a food deficiency. Eat a balanced diet, and you should be fine.
You are struggling, and that's probably normal; you're in the process of breaking a very bad habit, and even smokers trying to quit struggle with the urge for a cigarette. There are tons of things that could account for your feeling tired--such as lack of sleep. Try to get to bed earlier if you have to wake up early and see if that helps.
