Is it true that you have more energy if you don't eat chicken, pork, or beef? (pescatarian)?!

Question:

Is it true that you have more energy if you don't eat chicken, pork, or beef? (pescatarian)?

Answers:

A lot of nutritionists think that is the healthiest diet actually. Some studies claim that a plant based diet that also includes fish was the way early humans ate, since fish can be more safely eaten raw than other animals and would be easy to obtain. I think you would have more energy on such a diet since heavier foods like red meat tend to make you feel weighed down. Your heart will thank you at any rate.

Btw: I don't think there is any need for the animosity some of the other answerers have shown you either. You didn't claim that eating fish makes you a vegetarian and if you want to call yourself a pescaterian what difference does it make? A lot of people ask nutrition questions in this section because there a lot of nutritionally educated people who frequent here. There is no reason to be hateful to someone who just wanted to ask an honest question.
