How do I stay vegan without feeling tired?
Which vegan foods will give me more energy and which ones should I not eat too much of? I have been trying to follow a macrobiotic diet and am flexilble as long as its unprocessed, non-dairy and non-meat.

I found that after stopping meat consumption that my metabolic system increased considerably.
so i started eating more, and then i felt fine.
you may be missing something specific from your diet like iron or protien, but my suggestion would be to just eat more. make sure your getting iron (leafy greens, spinach) and protein (beans, legumes, nuts, seeds).
fruit during they day is a good readily available source of energy.
Muesli after dinner is also a great long lasting source of energy for the next day.
