Does anyone know a recipe for Vegan Choux pastry ????

I've been looking for ages i found one but it didn't work out ........

I would like to use this for profiterolles in particular, this is a hard one i've tried egg replacement but i think i may have to approach the method differently. I really need a tried and tested recipe that someone has perfected. Egg free yorkshire puds i can manage this choiux pastry is a tough one.

I wouldn't bother using any replacement for egg (like the last answer suggested) because the egg content is too high, and the action of the egg is to important to the finished structure of the pasty.
If you add further info on what you're using the pastry for (eclairs/ profiteroles etc.) I can maybe help you out with another alternative pastry or dough to use.
