? about Juicing green leafy vegetables?!

Question:

? about Juicing green leafy vegetables?

When u finish juicing ur green leafy vegetables and are left with the "left overs" do u need to eat those as well to get all of the nutrients or are all of the nutrients in the Juice? just curious thanks for ur help!

Answers:

Juicing allows you to consume a greater quantity than would be possible in eating the whole food. Most of the "left-overs" is fiber, but you are also losing some nutrients as well. The majority of the vitamins and minerals are in the juice. By juicing, you may be able to consume 3-5 bunches of raw greens instead of only 1 if you were eating it whole. You don't eat the pulp that is left, but it makes a great compost, so if you have a yard, dump it out there instead of in the trash.
