Do vegans age better?!

Question:

Do vegans age better?

Answers:

Yes. What people don't seem to realize is that the nutrients they think they are getting from animal products are second-hand. Just like a mother has to eat for nutrients to be available through her breast milk, animals have to eat for nutrients to be in their bodies. . .these "second-hand" nutrients aren't even as absorbable by the body as "first-hand" plant sources. In fact, many of them prove detrimental to human health. Cholesterol obviously clogs arteries, leading to all kinds of health risks. Animal protein happens to be sulfuric and therefore damages kidneys, leeches calcium from the bones to be excreted with urine, causes all kinds of illnesses and leads to, yes, cellular aging.
Meat is an oxidant. When an animal is killed, it immediately begins to rot. When the flesh touches the air, it oxidizes. This, too, leads to cellular aging.
Because of the extremely high intake of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, vegans do tend to age better.
Okinawans and Hunzas consume little to no animal products. They are the healthiest people in the world as well as the longest living. Diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's, diabetes, etc., are almost unheard of. The Hunzas, located in the Himalayas, commonly live until 120 years old healthily, still working alongside 30 year olds as if they were that age as well. It has been said that there have been Hunzas that have lived until around 140. It's also been said that the healthiest person from the United States would look sickly and weak in compared to a Hunza. The 90 year olds often look like they are 30 or 40. Very impressive.
