Is there any type of Jello/ gelatin with no animal parts?!

Question:

Is there any type of Jello/ gelatin with no animal parts?

I haven't have Jello in many years becasue I found out that gelatin is made from extracting and boiling animal hides, skins, bones, and tissue after alkali or acid pretreatment. I'm not a vegetarian, I just don't like the thought of eating gelatin.

THanks Katy K for that info. I don't eat those things you mentioned except for Frosted Mini Wheats, and I will still eat that :)

Answers:

HAIN makes a animal free Gelatin. Some regular gorcery stores have it & (bigger) health food stores have it.

Here is a place to order on line.
