How can i get THIS WEBSITE BANNED!?

Is there anyway to get this website taken off the internet?
It is supposed to be a joke..i think but is it in any way illegal and can i call somewhere to have it removed from the internet.

ugh i wish they did, i thought maybe since it is illegal to torture or hurt cats and dogs and other domestic animals that it might apply to the internet as well.
