I made this great vegan soup called Brazillian black bean soup?

It was really flavoursome with beans, tomatoes, smokey paprika, garlic, cumin, coriander, saffron, vegetable stock, leaks, onions and
carrot.

Does anyone else have any really strong flavoursome recipes that arevegan or vegetarian??

I love Korean kim chee (peppers 'n pickled cabbage, yum) soup with chopped soft tofu and vermicelli noodles added to it and with a vegetarian-chicken-like-stock See here:

I serve it with these Korean pancakes (you could substitute the egg with a mix of silken tofu, oil and tapioca starch):

I also make a strong spicy soup with tomatoes, garlic, lime juice, cumin, coriander, diced cucumber and red peppers with oily oven roasted chickpeas added like croutons.

Your soup sounds smashingly good too.
