I'm a vegeterian lookin 4 good delicious quick veg recipe.

spinach lasagna use tomato sauce I prefer the classico sweet basil cook spinach in it add minced onions and mushrooms layer with lasagna noodles and vegan cheese cool for 30 mins in 350 degree oven If your lacto vegan you can use real cheese premaviera is also fun to make Lentals and brown rice great protein have fun
