Is a Boca burger supposed to be hard?

I'm eating my first Boca burger right now, and it is hard. I'm thinking that it is just overcooked, but could something else be the case? Is it supposed to be crunchy?

I love Boca Burgers. I purposely overcook them the way you did to give the edges that crunchy texture. If you don't like it, cut back the cooking time a little. In the meantime, enjoy your compassionate, healthy, environmentally-friendly choice!
