Does soy milk have phosphorus in it?


Answers:

Sure! Almost anything that's veg is a good source of phosphorus. I certainly hope you aren't trying to avoid it (like one answer seemed to suggest). Silk doesn't list phosphorus content on their package because it's not required by food laws (may even be not allowed?).

It shows that one cup supplies 13% of your RDA for phosporus. Even better. look over these links for the beans themselves, soy flour and soy isolate. All these are even better sources of phosporus!
