Hi there, if you like ***mass produced***commercially made cookies, you're in luck. In the USA, with the exception of eggs, mass produced/commercial cookies and snacks are not made with animal fats like butter (a preservative issue). So, if the product says no eggs, no milk, and no butter...you're good to go.

My suggestion is that you carefully read the ingredients on the package before you buy. You can also consult the nabisco website for nutrition information on each brand before you head out to the store...good luck!

***I emphasize "mass produced" because health food store brands, which tend to be produced on a small scale by small producers, tend to use "whole" ingredients like butter, eggs, or, milk because in fresh/small quantities, these ingredients can be healthier.
