The best way to loose and keep the weight off is by combining diet with loads of cardio exercise.

As for diet, i would suggest you going on a fruits and raw vegetable diet with no beverages (coffee, tea, cocoa etc) You may dring fruit juices or low fat milk.

You may have salads but avoid the dressing. Use natural dressing like a squeeze of lime or oranges.

No starch products like bread, pasta, cerals, rice or grains.
This form of diet is very good for detoxifying and loosing your weight in a very healthy way.

Then, do exercises like aerobics, swimming (whole body workout) or jogging. Whenever possible, walk to places and take the staircase.

You'll guranteed loose weight. Please stick to the diet and exercise. They work hand in hand. The first couple of days might be though. But it'll pay off good. You'll see
