Answers:

Tofu is very versatile and easy to cook. However, depending on what TYPE of tofu really affects your meal. At the market, there are usually 3 types of tofu: Firm, Regular, Silken. The firm or regular is your best bet if you'd like to stirfry or sautee. The silken is used to make soups or some people even use it to make smoothies.
Here is an easy recipe my mom uses to make a healthy, quick meal:
1 pack of firm tofu
some soysauce or teriyaki sauce or chinese hot sauce
some olive oil
maybe some salt if you'd like
Slice the tofu in thick but even slices so that they look like rectangles. Place in a nonstick pan with a little olive oil (or any oil) and cook on medium-high heat while dousing the tofu with sauces to your taste. The tofu should look a bit golden when done. You can always add more sauce when it's on your plate.
Enjoy :)
