Veggie meals that freeze well?
Running out of ideas other than my standard stir fries and pasta sauces. No tofu--hubby will also be eating this and his tofu radar in undefeatable!

Your husband has a tofu radar too? And I thought my husband was just overly paranoid!! Anywho, some of the casseroles on vegweb.com can freeze well (don't have which ones off hand sorry)! Just take a gander and hope it'll work to your liking!
