Changing eating habits to become a vegetarian... Im going to the grocery store, what exactly should i buy?
Kind of break it down for me.. As in Breakfast, Snack, Lunch and Dinner... Thanks for the help..

This is a loaded question...I will give a few tips:
Buy frozen fruits - mixed, strawberries, blueberries, or peaches. Use these to make delicious smoothies. Also buy fresh fruit like apples and bananas for smoothies and use some soy or rice milk in those to help them blend and make them creamier.
Go to your local farmer's market stands and support your local farmers. Buy their fruits and veggies - sometimes they are much cheaper than at the grocery store.
Make things like stir fry's - you can use frozen or fresh veggies. Make it with firm tofu if you like and use spices and teriyaki sause or tamari sause.
Boca burgers are very good - I really like the vegan ones. They never give you indigestion the way regular burgers do. Just make those with a bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup and mustard - however you normally prepare burgers.
Peal and freeze bananas for a sweet and ice cream like treat.
I always buy a good cereal like Kashi and put Silk soy milk on it for breakfast.
I also like to make a pasta with whole grain penne noodles and spagetti sauce, portabella mushrooms, onions, and peppers sauted. Put in some Morning Star ground "burger" if you like.
After a short time you won't even miss the meat and I don't miss milk, eggs, or cheese at all. It is so much healthier and you will feel great.
