A Recipe For Gumbo?
What's a good recipe for vegetarian gumbo? I've never had it at all, and although I'm not vegetarian, it's against my religion to eat meat that it "unclean" like pork or a lot of seafood, which I know gumbo traditionally has. So is there a good vegetarian recipe you guys can give me?
