Answers:

Enzymes, maybe. Cellulose, yes.
Cellulose is always fine, it's from the rigid cell wall of plants (and perhaps some algae, but never animals). Animals do not produce cellulose.

Enzymes are tricky, they could be bacteria derived, chemically created, or from an animal source. Rennet (from stomach lining of calves) is sometimes listed as "enzymes", for example. You would have to call the company to see what kind of enzymes they are.
