what is the difference if you eat meat and no meat

Answers:

Pescitarian, but there really is no such thing. The term "Pescitarian" is an oxymoron.

edit:

The difference between eating meat and no meat is in where you get your protein.

Those who eat meat get their protein from animal products, i.e. chicken, cow, fish, etc.

Those who do not get theirs from vegetables and legumes i.e. soy beans, peanuts, asparagus, broccoli, and beans.

Its makes a difference because most animal protein is complete protein, meaning it contains every essential amino acid.

Essential amino acids are chemicals that cannot be made directly by the body its self. They are needed for life processes, making cells and what not.

The only complete protein in those lists of complete proteins that is not an animal based is the soybeans.
