What is a good substitute for tree nuts (pecans, walnuts,ect.)??

i have this recipe book and a lot require tree nuts, which im alergic to. any good substitutes?


Answers:

Chocolate, peanut butter, vanilla or any other flavor of morsels. Coconut in some cases.
