Why does it seem I Crave salad of any kind, am I missing a vitamin in my system?
I eat salad almost Everyday. I love cucumbers, green, red yellow peppers, red onion, avacado, you name it!! I make it different almost all the time but it's So yummy! Just wondering about the vitamin thing.

if you're eating all the fruits and veggies available to you...
no you're not suffering any deficencies... the crave is a good crave.
make sure you are adding beans and nuts to this sometimes.. that's got an easy high dose of protein... but don't go overboard.. you can get cholesterol issues with too many beans, soy and nuts. :D

maybe you should do some variety.. steam some fruits and veggies too...
no, i can't understand what the vitamin/protein concerns are coming from.. the vegetable, fruit, legume, tuber diet... has no such problem.
it's those who only eat meats and processed foods who are suffering in the vitamin catagory... they're getting too much protein... that's why they say eat a well balanced diet.. you must have your greens, fruits, carbs, with other items at your disposal.
imbalanced diets come with all types of lifestyle choices...
the vegetarian alternative has always been propagandized as a bad health choice.. no it's not.. who was it who kept on your case (maybe not yours in particular?) about EATING THOSE VEGETABLES!

your diet is ok... you're not suffering a vitamin issue. (unless you have a problem that you inherited from your genetics in the family... where the body can't absorb properly)
OH do remember.. drink that water and fresh juice... also keep in mind that most cravings aren't what you think it's just that you're thirsty most times.
