Vegan college students?!

Vegan college students?

Do you find it hard to follow a vegan diet?


Answers:

I'm a Sophomore in college and have been vegan for three months. I just got back to school and yes, it is VERY difficult for me to find enough to eat...or at least enough that would fulfill my dietary needs. This is why I get groceries and cook in the kitchen they have here in the resident hall. Otherwise I would be stuck with vegetables, fruit, pasta and Swedish fish.
