Should I believe what they say?!

Question:

Should I believe what they say?

If you go to a natural foods store and you ask employees what foods and products are vegan AND look at the containers or boxes and see that it says no animal ingredients and no animal testing, should it be safe to use or buy?

Answers:

First, you don't have to be vegetarian or vegan to work at one of those stores. I would never rely on their advice.
Second, always read all the labels of everything you buy, either in a whole foods store or a grocery store or a convenience store. They are supposed to be mostly truthful on the labels, so, you can MOSTLY depend on it.
Third, your best bet to be sure is to nver buy prepackaged or processed food. Always buy fresh, or dried and make everything yourself. It's the only way to be 100% sure of what goes into your body.
