Substitutes?
im thinking of becoming vegetarian (for health reasons), and i was wondering what exactly do you guys/gals eat? no meat i know... but what do you eat to make up for the nutrients, etc. lost from not eating meat?
im a college student, and i cant have a stove in the dorm, so i cant really cook, just microwave. are there any suggestions as to what i can pick up from wal-mart to eat? they do have salads at the cafeteria, but i dont want to eat that every meal heh

Beans/Rice
Tofu
Cheese
Nuts/Seeds
In the grocery store try and find Morning Star stuff... they have tofu hamburgers/hotdogs/chicken fingers... some is good, others aren't so great. Also, if you go to a natural food store I'm sure they can help you with any questions you may have.
