I never said I was worried about the expense!

I'm not vegan or vegetarian... I just love tortellini and don't want to get fat! :)

Hello!

I've found a site that sells pastas and other products for we Vegs, including Tofu-stuffed tortellini! (You have to pay in Euros, but your local courthouse should be able to convert it for you.)

If you don't want to buy online, check your nearest Food Specialty store, or ask around, especially if you know some Vegetarians.
