Quick Raw food recipes?
I am eating raw but I am super busy and want to make dishes to take with me while I am on the go.
I need suggestions/recipes.
Any hep would be much appreciated. I am going shopping tomorrow.

When I first went raw, years ago, I tried all of the fancy recipes, pates, etc., but eventually found that I enjoyed whole foods in their natural state the best. You can't get much simpler than peeling a ripe banana, orange, or mango and enjoying it as it came from the earth. Same goes for a juicy cucumber, tomato, or any other fruit or veggie. Buy organic if you can, to avoid the pesticides and genetically modified stuff in commercial fruits and veggies. Be sure to balance it out with seeds, nuts, sprouts, leafy greens, etc. I LOVE a nice, fresh, salad full of raw veggies, such as kolrabi, celeriac, beets, baby carrots, white radishes, etc., and topped with a raw dressing made from spring onions, olive oil, fresh lemon juice and fresh herbs. MMMMM I find that keeping it simple and fresh is the best way to go.
