What is the best source of protein when you are a vegan.?!

Question:

What is the best source of protein when you are a vegan.?

Answers:

Soy and soy products (like tofu, tvp, edamame, meat substitutes,) beans and other legumes (peas, peanuts, lentils, chickpeas,) nuts and seeds, whole grains (quinoa is a complete protein,) fruits and veggies (especially dark green ones,) even mushrooms contain protein.

If you're eating a balanced diet and getting enough calories, you are almost certainly getting enough protein. There is no "best source" because you need a varied diet to be healthy. Try to get some protein from at least a couple of different sources daily and you'll be fine.
