In a typical vegan diet what is the percent of carbohydrate, protein and fat?
Answers:
Mine is about 65% carbohydrate, 25% protein and 10% fat, but I don't claim to speak for all vegans by any means. I exercise frequently (5-6 days a week, at least 1 hour a day), so I might consume a little more protein than another vegan who doesn't work out so much.
