What would be the differance?
Non fat milk, low-fat milk, soy milk and regular milk? like what r the different health benifits?
Answers:
Milk has calcium and added vitiamins, but you don't have to have a lot of it and you can get calcium and vitimins in other foods.
Skim - no fat milk has the calcium and vitamins without the added calories. Unless you need the extra calories this is the best choice out of the cow milks.
Soy milk has few calories than the skim milk, but I don't know about the calcium and vitamins. but this is a good choice if you can't tolarate milk products or what to go vegan.
If you want a cow's milk and don't like how thin the skim milk is 2% is a good choice.
We have learned to use and drink skim milk and like it. I've also used soy milk. It has a little bit of a funny taste, but I used it in cereal.
