I'm vegetarian, i dont like tofu but i want to like it. Is there a way that i can train my body to like tofu?


Answers:

There actually is a way to do this. Start small, and give yourself a certain amount of tofu every day, then the next week increase the amount, and so on. There are also many things you can do to the tofu to make it taste better; you can fry it, marinate it in your favorite seasonings, dip it in your favorite sauce....so many!
